DanDongXinhong Petrochemical Company Limited which invested by Guansheng Oil （Singapore）Pte Ltd was established in Jan 2004 and being constructed to produce annually 300,000 MT of senior lube base oil extraction plant, 250,000 MT of high grade road asphalt projects and relative railway facilities as well as 50,000MT oil terminal .The project located in Baiyun District of East Economic Development Zone in Dandong, Liaoning Province. Except of oil production, it enjoys the ability of storage and interim transportation after the completion of the project.
